Please note that by submitting an RMA request and sending goods for investigation/repair you agree to pay our charges for such service as published on our website. Where a repair under warranty is claimed, a free repair will only be provided if the goods are within the contracted warranty period and the fault is determined to be covered under our warranty; out-of-warranty items e.g. damage due to abuse or where no fault exists will be chargeable at our normal rates.
