This magnificent display manufactured and installed by Data Display has been recently completed at Terminal 2 Roissy Charles De Gaulle Airport in Paris. The double sided display is able to show 168 current flight movements at the same time.

The spectacular display was manufactured at our Head Office in County Clare, Ireland and consisted of 84 off, 4 lines of 7 x 360 pixel tri-colour modules and controlled by our own XSDS software. Also installed were single line, 160 pixel Gate signs for the police border controls and various footbridges.

This LED Flight Information Board is installed at Antalya Airport in Turkey. The Data Display Group also supplied Gate Displays and Baggage Reclaim Displays.

Data Display's largest airport project to date was Antalya Airport in Turkey where, working as a contractor for Siemens Nixdorf, Data Display supplied a range of LED flight information displays (FIDS). Throughout the project Data Display worked in close co-operation with airport architects to both design and manufacture displays suitable to the location. We supplied displays for various areas within the airport including large boards to list both flight arrivals and flight departures in the main terminal, gate displays in the flight departure gates as well as baggage reclaim displays. Some of the displays featured tri-colour LEDs in order to allow any schedule changes in a different colour to draw the readers attention. The main terminal displays were designed as full matrix format, allowing both English and Turkish characters to be displayed.

This Flight Information Board using transflective LCD technology shows departures from an airport in the archipelago of Cape Verde.

In contrast to the Antalya Airport contract, LCD technology was used for four large flight information displays showing both arrivals and departures at Cape Verde Airport in Portugal. Using Data Display's AirSDS software, departure and arrival files are read from the airport flight information system and are then converted into the required format to drive the displays.

We can also produce a wide range of LED display systems suitable for a number of traffic management and parking management applications from large highway signs on the approach to the airport to smaller car park level displays.
